行政院日前推出國民旅遊卡新制，引發公務員反彈。行政院長林全昨天表示，國旅卡原始目的是希望公務員透過旅遊落實休假，現在也納入了台灣好行的旅遊巴士，他了解公務員的不滿，行政院也正在與交通部討論進一步放寬相關規定，可望於明年二、三月給公務員更多選擇，創造多贏。
林全表示，這次政策限定是希望促進國內觀光發展，並且進一步轉型，並不是一定要限制大家團體旅遊；公務員並非認為國旅卡不應用於旅遊，而是團旅限制太多，政府現在也納入台灣好行巴士路線，公務員可以搭乘大眾交通工具進行深度國旅，一方面也推廣背包客的自由行路線。
